    Dude. I’m so going to do this next week. The squishing thing is what I never do that I think I *need* to do! Also, how do you NOT have any flour on that board!? I always need some flour down.

    After using a different method of braiding challah for years, I finally discovered this method just a few short weeks ago, and have been braiding it with your method every week. I posted this to my blog, but I wish I had found your entry first, I like the explanation so much better. Can we go back in time?

    Thank you! I have struggled with getting mine to look halfway decent…I tried this past week and it worked!…your directions and video helped out do my tendency towards dyslexia …lol..thanks!
