    A couple of points:

    1. ‘Martin & Lewis or Amos & Andy’ is a reference from the film Pulp Fiction. It is a choice between vanilla or chocolate milkshakes.

    pulp fiction – never seen it….

    the smoking – I erroneously bolded smoking rather than non (KoD pointed it out to me last night once i had shut down the computer. I fixed it now)
