Every student in North America is finishing up school in the next week or so, and many are knee deep in final exams.
What would you do if you found out one school that has their children (teenagers) take the government exams (eg Regents or Bagrut) is helping them to “cheat”? That the teacher has shown them all the exam ahead of time, that each child was told to memorize two questions from the exam, and then there was a study session where each child shared his/her questions and the teacher helped them with all the answers. All of this was done a week or two prior to the government exam being given.
What does this teach the children? That cheating is ok? That it’s ok to do this so that the school gets a better rating in the exam tables?
If you had knowledge of this, but it wasn’t personally your own child, what would you do? What if it was your child?
