    This reminds me of the time I was at a restaurant in the middle of winter, and ordered iced tea. I was told I couldn’t have it because it was “out of season.” What is this, I ask, a fruit?? I asked for 2 tea bags and hot water, and a big glass of ice. The server certainly felt stupid when he saw what I was doing…lol

    I suspect that the pipe that feeds this dispenser runs outside and they shut the water off so the pipe wouldn’t freeze. But yes, it is a wacky sign.
